Women's Forum of New York Honors Insight for Advancing Gender Equity 

With 30 percent female board representation, Insight is lauded at the 2019 Breakfast of Corporate Champions for leading the way to gender balance on corporate boards 

TEMPE, Ariz., December 2, 2019 – Insight Enterprises (NASDAQ:NSIT), the global provider of Insight Intelligent Technology Solutions™ for organizations of all sizes, was recognized by the Women’s Forum of New York at its Breakfast of Corporate Champions on Nov. 7 for achieving at least 30 percent female board representation. This benchmark biennial event brings together more than 600 thought leaders and change-makers including CEOs, board directors and government officials in support of one shared goal – achieving 50/50 gender parity in the boardroom by 2025. 

With a third of its corporate board comprised of women, Insight exceeds the national average for female-held board seats, which is currently 23.4 percent.

The 2019 Breakfast of Corporate Champions celebrated 300 S&P 500 and Fortune 1000 companies and featured an impressive lineup of leading CEOs and directors speaking on why gender balance in the boardroom is a strategic business imperative and how to accelerate the path toward parity.

The Women With Insight group – promoting networking skills, personal and professional development, and building confidence – has established 10 chapters across North America. Women With Insight teammates have volunteered for several charitable projects, including a professional clothing drive for the nonprofit Dress for Success Phoenix, the Montreal chapter refurbishing laptops for girls at Teen Haven residential group homes, and more than 100 teammates raising funds for the Running for Rescues nonprofit by participating in a Virtual 5K.
