Can the portal support an approval path or process?
Yes. The portal has been configured to allow very flexible approval processes. Approvers can be configured in a variety of ways, as a single approver, a group of approvers or in a hierarchy, they can also be mixed. A number of different approval paths can be setup on the same account if required for different users. If you would like an approval process set up, please contact your account manager.
