Organizations around the world have been challenged to find innovative solutions to empower their employees in work-from-anywhere scenarios.
We invite you to read Gartner’s complimentary research report to understand the current state of the industry when it comes to IT support services. You can also take a deeper dive into the core strengths of Insight’s MWS offering on page 13 of the report.
For the fifth consecutive year, Insight has been recognized in Gartner’s Magic Quadrant for Managed Workplace Services, North America. We were one of only 20 companies identified as meeting the strict criteria and evaluation process as set forth by Gartner.
Gartner defines Managed Workplace Services (MWS) as a subset of the IT outsourcing (ITO) market. MWS includes traditional end-user outsourcing (EUO) as well as new digital workplace services to provide cloud-first, automated and integrated support to end users.
Insight’s MWS solution fuses traditional IT support, such as service desk, with automation and modern self-service capabilities, such as IT vending and lockers. Our goal is to help organizations enable “anywhere operations” in support of today’s mobile, geographically dispersed workforce.
